I began seeing Dr. Nelson in Sept. 2019 to receive treatment for eczema that I have battled with all over my body for over 15 years. After going through a list of creams, seasonal allergy, and eye drop medications that I used sometimes twice daily and the symptoms that I was experiencing she informed me that I may have food allergies. The only food allergies I knew of was to eggs so we started by removing foods linked to symptoms I was having. We began by removing and reintroduce foods into my diet before agreeing that the main triggers to the inflammation, itchiness, and rashes were due to egg and dairy products. Along the we also discovered that gluten products were a triggering my seasonal allergies. I then began treatment shortly after finding those triggers, starting by removing those food items from diet for at least 6 weeks. Then I started to take homeopathic pills in order to help my remove those remain triggers and reduces inflammation. I was told the pills would start healing from my head and work it’s way down then body. Also it initially would make my skin a lot worse before healing and getting better. While this was happening I was given a healing salve to help soothe my skin. Since then my skin improves noticeably daily and I don’t have any seasonal allergies symptoms at all.

For two weeks straight I suffered pain in my legs. I contacted my doctor he ran various test on me and found nothing. He then sent me to physical therapy for two weeks. The pain subsided a little bit but was still there. A friend told me to tried a natural alternative doctor. I then contacted Dr. Nelson, I talked to her about my pain and and more details about myself. She begin to ask lots of questions, she determine it could be dehydration. She recommended that I increase my water intake to a specific amount. Two days later my legs felt better and as I followed Dr. Nelson's advice and now I'm pain free.

Thanks Dr. Nelson.
